The five-minute kale salad - Klaudia Balogh

Whether you want to throw together a quick meal after your workout, or need to prepare lunch for work in the morning, this salad will only take up five minutes of your time.

It’s delicious, filling and certainly not short of nutrients. It’s a great source protein, fiber, healthy fats, potassium, iron and lots of vitamins such as Vitamin B, C, D, E  and magnesium.

What you need

2 cups of kale
1 medium tomato
1/4 of a whole cucumber
1 can of tuna
feta cheese
olive oil
balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper
cashew nuts

How to toss it

Wash and chop up the kale, tomato and cucumber. Put them all in a bowl and add the tuna and one or two table spoons of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Add a pinch of Himalayan salt and pepper. Mix it all up and top it off with feta and cashew (or any nuts you prefer).
